Running Sick

I've had a cold for almost a week now and it's really annoying. The worst thing about being sick is that I'm trying to keep fit and stay active. I decided to go for an hour-long run, but I ended up spending most of that time blowing my nose and coughing phlegm up (it's as gross as it sounds). It was a very tiring hour, but it did end up helping my body. The good thing about running while sick with a cold is that you feel really good afterwards. As disgusting as it may be, it feels great after you've cleansed your body of all the excess mucus.
